2. Services

BizAIApplied provides custom AI integration services for businesses. To schedule a service, full payment is required in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time qualify for a full refund, minus any administrative fee necessary to cover processing and resource allocation. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to a later date within 60 days. Services that have commenced or been fully delivered are not eligible for a refund.

3. Information Products

BizAIApplied offers digital information products such as courses, guides, and white papers. All sales of digital information products are final and not eligible for a refund once access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will provide an alternate delivery format within 14 days of the purchase date.

4. Goods

BizAIApplied sells select hardware components as part of AI integration kits. If goods arrive damaged or defective, you may request a refund or an share within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in original condition and include all packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back, unless the defect was present on arrival. Refunds for goods sent back are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the item.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or share, please complete the form at Contact Us. Once approved, reimbursements will be issued via the original payment channel within 10 to 14 business days. If rescheduling is preferred for services, our support team will work with you to arrange a new appointment time at no extra fee, provided the request meets the timing guidelines above.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on BizAIApplied.com with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
